The popular chicken chain, which has locations across the country, opened its first Maryland restaurant on Thursday, Jan. 12 in Towson Row as the company continues expanding its foothold in the DMV region.
Located on East Towsontown Boulevard in Towson, the 3,900-square-foot space will provide diners with both take-out and dine-in options, as well as a walk-up counter window for quick service.
There are currently 15 Raising Cane’s locations in the region, with plans for more than a dozen new restaurants coming in the coming years, including one on Huguenot Road in Midlothian Virginia later this month.
Other reported locations for new possible Raising Cane’s expansions in the area include Annapolis, Baltimore City, Bel Air, Columbia, Gambrills Glen Burnie, Parkville, Linthicum Heights, Timonium, and Westminster.
At the Towson location, Raising Cane’s will be open between 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. on Sundays through Thursdays. On the weekends, it will remain open through 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.
Raising Cane’s has been open since August 1996 and has since quickly expanded to have hundreds of locations across the country.
